Handing time:
Generally, we would be able to send out the orders to you within 2 business days and 2-3 days for the orders placed on weekends. We will let you know the FedEx or DHL tracking information via email once the orders are shipped out.
For the custom-made order, we would need some days to proceed with your orders and ship them out within 5 days.

We will send you an email and advise the tracking information when the order is shipped out. Please track your order at
FedEx Express webpage: www.fedex.com or DHL Express webpage: www.dhl.com. If you can not receive the order on time, please feel free to contact us. One of our staff will check the status and reply to you within 24 hours.

We do not offer shipping or delivery on Sundays or Chinese holidays.

I love the hair to far it is so easy to manage this hair. The hair is true to Length. The curls in the hair so pretty. I combed all the curls out of the hair. Then I went back in nd finger curled it. I have never had hair that I could finger curl nd it looked better then the bundles when I receive them. The only thing that I didn’t like was that on the frontal the knots was not bleached.
