Handing time:
Generally, we would be able to send out the orders to you within 2 business days and 2-3 days for the orders placed on weekends. We will let you know the FedEx or DHL tracking information via email once the orders are shipped out.
For the custom-made order, we would need some days to proceed with your orders and ship them out within 5 days.

We do not offer shipping or delivery on Sundays or Chinese holidays.

If your order is shipping to an address other than the billing address on your PayPal, we may contact you to list the alternate address with your PayPal or require additional information from you to verify that you are indeed the cardholder. Love it!!! Hair is soft and silky curls. Only wish it was more of a natural brown. Its more like 1B. Glad i got it when i did its unavailable now or id buy more!
This unit is very light weight. It is very versatile, and Candice style many ways. It does resemble natural hair with natural wave patterns. It was a bit shiny, and had that factory smell. Overall, I was not disappointed.
