Your Items with Evanhair are shipped from our warehouse located in either New York (USA) or Xuchang (China).

PROCESSING
It Will takes About 24 - 48 Business Hours to process your order(excluding weekends and holidays). We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery, even if your shipping is upgraded to express. We do NOT ship orders the same day. Please allow up to 2 business days for orders to process (for example, if you order on Monday, your order should ship out on Tuesday or Wednesday). You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your order ships.
Note: We will need more time to process your order if you place the order for a custom wig due to manufacturing operations. It will take about 3-7 business days to process your order.

Do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at the moment. Please make sure to write a detailed and valid shipping address while placing the order.
NOTE: Most International orders will be shipped from our warehouse in China, For those who reside in a territory of the United States that we ship to, the items will be shipped from New York. The shipping was really fast , and the customer service is great. I did bleached it and I’ve had this hair for a while now and I still haven’t had any problems with the hair. It’s soft and it doesn’t shed much. I make wigs and it’s always good when I have good hair for the wigs cause it makes them last longer. I’ll definitely be ordering with this company again.

Hair is still soft. I’ve had it in for two weeks so far. I’ve gone swimming in chlorine pools with the hair installed and it held up well even after I got out. I’ll definitely order again.
