Your Items with Evanhair are shipped from our warehouse located in either New York (USA) or Xuchang (China).
Delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time
PROCESSING
It Will takes About 24 - 48 Business Hours to process your order(excluding weekends and holidays). We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery, even if your shipping is upgraded to express. We do NOT ship orders the same day. Please allow up to 2 business days for orders to process (for example, if you order on Monday, your order should ship out on Tuesday or Wednesday). You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your order ships.
Note: We will need more time to process your order if you place the order for a custom wig due to manufacturing operations. It will take about 3-7 business days to process your order.

Do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at the moment. Please make sure to write a detailed and valid shipping address while placing the order.
NOTE: Most International orders will be shipped from our warehouse in China, For those who reside in a territory of the United States that we ship to, the items will be shipped from New York. Love the hair!!! The hair is very soft & doesn’t shed even after dying it. I’ve had the hair for over a month and haven’t had any problems with the my bundles. The closure is slightly different then the bundles but it is not very noticeable. Will be ordering again!
Once I received the bundles they came in a bag with free lashes, and a little hair care paper . The bundles are good they feel really good no smell no nothing however towards the end of the bundle it did seem a little thin and that’s the only thing I was worried about but when I made it into a wig everything fell right into place. The lace is like transparent, basically you don’t need to bleach the knots AT ALLL and it’s pre plucked. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again. Thankyou
