
Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We value your satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality human hair bundles and wigs. Please read our exchange policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Eligibility for Exchange
We accept exchanges only under the following conditions:
* The item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
* The request for exchange must be made within 7 calendar days of receiving the product.
* Human hair products (bundles, wigs, closures, frontals) that have been customized, dyed, installed, or used are NOT eligible for exchange.
* We do not accept exchanges due to buyer’s remorse, such as choosing the wrong length, texture, or color after use.
2. Exchange Process
To request an exchange, please follow these steps:
1. Email our support team at admin@evanhair. com within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide your Order Number, photos of the item(s), and reason for exchange.
3. Our team will respond within 2 business days to confirm if the item is eligible for exchange.
4. Once approved, ship the product back to us at the address we provide. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship the replacement product (shipping fees may apply).
3. Non-Exchangeable Items
We do not accept exchanges for the following:
* Used, worn, or tampered hair
* Hair with missing tags or packaging
* Clearance or final sale items
* Custom wigs (including colored, bleached, or pre-cut lace wigs)
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product:
* Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photo/video evidence.
* We will cover the return shipping and send a replacement at no extra cost if the fault is ours.
5. Important Notes
* We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet the above criteria.
* Hair must remain in its original condition—no combing, brushing, cutting, dyeing, or washing.
* We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages—please use a trackable shipping service.
