Hair is okay , delivered fast. Hair is extremely straight. Ordered a 12 14 and 16 but if you like your hair thick like i Do you would definitely need 4 bundles. Will order again and get 4 next time. Hair is soft though ends are starting to look frayed only having it installed for 3 days.
